1. Even though room was for non-smokers, one can feel the old cigarete smell. Not pleasent. 2. In the same hall there were rooms both for smokers and non-smokers! There was strong smoke smell there.

The hotel needs updating urgently and lacks cleanliness. The room smelled musty, the beds were uncomfortable and the shower was outdated.

We stopped at this hotel on our way to the ferry terminal and we can say that the best aspects were the convenient location on the highway to Gedser and the fact that it was fairly close to the terminal. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were well-maintained and we found it easy to park our car.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was on a direct bus route and close to the ferry terminal. The room was decent and had good soft beds with clean surroundings. Breakfast was good and the staff were polite. The hotel has a restaurant and offers charging facilities for electric cars.

We faced a big challenge with parking and sometimes had to wait a while for permission to use the charging facilities.

Great atmosphere and cozy decorations full of shades and colors! The staff was lovely, accommodating, and spoke English fluently. The breakfast spread was rich and varied with plenty of options in the same way that the bar has refreshing drinks. We also enjoyed the free and secure parking lot this place provided, and only a short walk away to the shopping district. The hotel room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including Wi-Fi and coffee/tea-making facilities.

Some parts of the room/property were quite outdated, and a bit more attention could have been made as a few furnishings show some signs of wear. The view of the parking lot wasn’t favorable, and the room had some street noise issues that required some white noise to drown out.
